Senior Care Assistant
Location: Chichester & Bognor Regis
Key Requirement:
- Access to your own vehicle required.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
Working Hours & Pay

Care-Focused Role:
- 15 - 20 hours at £14.25 - £14.80 per hour (+ travel time + mileage)

Split Senior Role with On-Call Payment:
- 15 - 20 hours at £14.75 – £15.20 per hour, including shared on-call payment (on-call shifts divided weekly)
Structure: This role combines hands-on care delivery with senior duties:
- Option 1: 20 hours of care + 20 hours of senior work per week.
- Option 2: 18 hours of care + 18 hours of senior work per week.
You will also take part in a shared on-call rota (paid).

The Role: Senior Care Assistant
You will embed our core values into every interaction—whether with clients, other CareGivers, or the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding care to clients and lead by example.
- Conduct spot checks and sign-off competency evaluations.
- Mentor and act as primary contact for new CareGivers.
- Update support plans as client needs evolve.
- Support with:
- Medication audits.
- Competency checks for colleagues.
- Ensure clear communication with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Carry out client assessments.

Requirements
Must have:
- A minimum 2 years of experience in health and social care.
- Proven ability to promote wellbeing through upright conduct and professionalism.
- Genuine passion for delivering excellent client care.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and teamwork skills.
