About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Care, you'll look after the different needs of our residential community to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve:
- Supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants
- Working closely alongside the Deputy General Manager
- Supporting the clinical team in areas such as:
- Medication
- Care assessments
- Development of care plans
- Care reviews
- Upholding and embodying our values by reflecting the dignity, preferences, and warmth of every resident
- Contributing to a supportive environment that feels truly home-like

About You
We're seeking individuals who can bring:
- A qualification such as:
- NVQ Level 3
- Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specialist knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Inherent qualities such as:
- Warm-heartedness
- Compassion
- Commitment to individualised care
