Bank Senior Care Assistant – Casual, Part-Time Role
About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll:
- Look after the diverse needs of our residents to deliver quality, person-centred care and support.
- Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants, alongside the Deputy General Manager.
- Support the clinical team in areas such as:
- Medication
- Assessments
- Care plans
- Care reviews
- Uphold the dignity and preferences of our residents while contributing to a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

About You
To join as a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you should have:
- An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
Additionally, we’re looking for:
- Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed individuals who prioritise individualised care and support.
- A passion for making a difference in residents’ lives.
