Senior Care Assistant - Care Home
About The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager
- Support the clinical team, including:
- Medication management
- Conducting assessments
- Developing and reviewing care plans
- Uphold and respect the dignity and preferences of residents
- Foster a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for all residents

Qualifications & Experience
- Must hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Essential knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Proven experience or passion for individualised care and support
