The Opportunity
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll be a key leader, empowering residents to live active and independent lives while building genuine relationships and unforgettable connections.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants, offering ongoing guidance and support.
- Take ownership of the induction and professional development of junior staff.

Care Delivery & Coordination
- Deliver exceptional personal and social care, enhancing independence and well-being.
- Utilise our electronic care platform (Nourish) to implement and monitor personalised care plans.
- Contribute to care planning, progress reviews, and quality assurance to ensure the highest standards.
- Manage medication administration with strict adherence to policies and safeguarding protocols.

Requirements & Experience
We’re looking for candidates who bring:
- Proven leadership as a Senior Care Assistant or similar role.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, or a willingness to achieve this qualification.
- Proficiency in medication management and compliance with legal/liaison duties.
- A genuine passion for supporting others through outstanding care.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- The ability to prioritise tasks, engage residents compassionately, and balance workloads effectively.

- Hourly rate: £13.25 per hour.
- Flexible contracts: Full-time (22h, 33h, or 44h per week) or part-time, including nights, weekends, and bank shifts.
