The Opportunity: Senior Carer

As a Senior Carer, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our residents to live active and independent lives. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to create meaningful connections and heartwarming memories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support.
  • Deliver exceptional personal and social care, fostering independence and well-being.
  • Utilise our electronic care platform, "Nourish," to ensure personalized care plans are met.
  • Contribute to the planning and monitoring of resident care, ensuring the highest standards.
  • Support the induction and ongoing training of Care Assistants.
  • Embody Aurem Care's positive values in every aspect of your practice.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for dedicated individuals who possess:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Carer.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
  • Proficiency in medication management.
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and engage residents in their interests.

What We Offer

Your hard work and commitment deserve exceptional rewards:

  • Pay: £14.50 per hour.
  • Full-time or part-time, including weekend work. Bank hours also available.
  • 22, 33, 44 hours per week available
  • Night shifts
  • Working pattern: 8pm - 8am
  • 28 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time), including bank holidays.
