We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care.
Role: Senior Care Assistant
Location: Benvie
Hours: 44 hours per week - Nights
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all residents are treated with respect and their rights to privacy, dignity, and choice are maintained.
- Provide supervision and support to care assistants.
- Assess residents' needs and collaborate with the Nurse and Management to formulate care plans.
- Support the Home Manager and Nurse in maintaining the highest standards of care in accordance with the care plan, National Care Standards, and SSSC Codes of Practice.

Requirements:
- SVQ3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.
- Trained in Medication Administration.
- Previous experience as a senior in the care sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
