We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team on Nights, at Berkeley Lodge Nursing Home, in Worthing.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the nurse in charge and ultimately the Home Manager this role involves leading a busy, enthusiastic care team carrying out clinical care, assessments and documentation.
- Responsible for the allocation of carers
- Dispensing medication
- Be a support to new members of staff
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents.
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
Requirements
You will have a NVQ level 3 in Health and social care, or be working towards

Compensation
Hourly Rates: Weekdays £14.06 - Weekends £15.47
Hours: 36hrs – Including every other weekend
