Senior Care Assistant – Fleet Hall Care Home (Hampshire)

We are now seeking a dedicated, warm-hearted, and enthusiastic individual to join our award-winning team at Fleet Hall Care Home.
About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, your core responsibility is to partner with the care team to deliver outstanding, personalised care. You’ll create an environment that is:

Additional key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring Resident Wellbeing
- Observing changes in care needs and updating records accordingly.
- Ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed and adapt to evolving requirements.

Person-Centred Care Delivery
- Implementing and evaluating monthly care plans to tailor support to individual needs.
- Collaborating with residents, families, and care professionals to refine and adapt plans.

Medication Assistance
- Supporting residents with medication administration as required.

Staff Support & Supervision
- Conducting staff supervisions and fostering professional development.
- Providing leadership and mentorship within the team.

Communication & Advocacy
- Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, relatives, and healthcare partners.
- Addressing concerns, escalating complaints, and ensuring all reasonable requests are actioned promptly.
About You

Qualified:
- Holder of an NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar care environment required.

- Demonstrate strong communication—both verbal and written—that builds trust and transparency.
- Exude a positive attitude, nurturing both residents and colleagues.
- Be adaptable and responsive to a range of responsibilities with agility.
