Senior Care Assistant (Remote/Hybrid)
About Audley Care
Audley Care is a well-established community care organisation with offices at our luxury Audley Chalfont Dene.
We are actively seeking a Senior Care Assistant to work between our office (or home-based) and out in the community, providing tailored support and mentorship to our care team.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:
- Mentor and supervise Home Care Assistants
- Work closely with the office team to uphold high care standards
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care services, including personal care, social support, and housekeeping
- Supervise a team of carers, offering real-time support as needed
- Ensure consistent service delivery aligned with Audley’s policies, procedures, and practices
- Conduct in-house training for care assistants when required
- Sign off newly competent Personal Care Assistants upon successful demonstration of skills and adherence to Audley’s behaviours
- Support the onboarding of new clients and extend service coverage into new areas
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Registered Manager

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills to inspire and develop a care team
- Passion for delivering high-standard, policy-compliant care
- Eagerness to expand services and brand development; involvement in marketing/PR activities may be required
- Qualification: Hold (or be working towards) a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3, Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- At least 1 year of experience in domiciliary care
- Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle
