Key Responsibilities
Daily Duties
As a naturally caring and compassionate person, you will play a pivotal role in delivering great quality, person-centred care to all residents. This includes:
- Providing excellent care and support to residents across physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Supervising and motivating Care Assistants to ensure smooth team operations
- Assisting residents with personal care (e.g., mobility, hygiene, nutrition)
- Providing support and guidance to family members on resident care
- Working alongside trained nurses and unit managers to lead and develop staff
- Engaging residents in daily activities and providing companionship
- Maintaining strong communication and developing effective relationships within the team
- Reporting on resident wellbeing and maintaining liaison with GPs/Support Managers

Requirements
To be considered for this role, please ensure you have:
- A current SVQ Level 3 qualification (Health & Social Care or equivalent)
- Experience working in the Care Industry
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards
- Commitment to Holmes Care Group’s core values (TRUST)
