Hours: Full Time - 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Weekdays and alternate Weekends
Location: Dukeminster Court, Dukeminster Road, Dunstable, LU5 4FF
Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We need the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.
Dukeminster Court is a our bustling care home located in the heart of Dunstable, and is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader to lead and support the team.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
- Reviewing and updating care plans.
- Giving personal care to residents.
- Administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift.

Your Skills
- Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Or willingness to work towards).
- You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.
