Contract: Full Time – Perm
Hour: 37 hours per week
Pay: £15.55 per hour weekdays & £16.55 per hour weekends
Shift Times: 7.30am to 2.30pm/2.30pm to 9.30pm – Weekdays and alternative Weekends
Location: Providence Way, Baldock, SG7 6TT

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our welcoming team at Providence Court Care Home in Baldock. A charming historic market town with excellent local amenities, transport links and a strong community feel, offering residents the perfect blend of convenience and countryside living.

What You’ll Bring
- Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Or willingness to work towards).
- You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
- Reviewing and updating care plans.
- Giving personal care to residents.
- Administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift.
