Senior Care Coordinator
Ilkeston Derby | £30,250 + Paid On-Call | Full-Time | Permanent
We're recruiting an experienced Senior Care Coordinator to join a growing domiciliary care provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with care coordination and rota planning experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff rotas and scheduling
- Coordinate care packages and new client admissions
- Handle sickness, holidays and emergency cover
- Support compliance and quality processes
- Maintain digital care records
- Provide day-to-day support to the care team
- Participate in a paid on-call rota (1 week in 4)

Requirements
- 2+ years' Health & Social Care experience
- Previous care coordination and rota planning experience
- Level 3 Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong IT skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- No sponsorship available
