Senior Care Lead - Riverdale Days & Nights

📍 Location: Riverdale Court
💷 Pay: £15.10 – £15.70 per hour
⏰ Hours: Part-time hours available (day or night contracts)
About the Role
At Northbourne Court, our Senior Care Leads do more than manage—they inspire teams, support residents, and create a home filled with warmth and compassion.
We’re seeking friendly, proactive leaders to join our team. Whether you work day shifts, night shifts, or relief shifts, you’ll deliver person-centred care, guide Care Support Assistants, and ensure every resident feels valued and supported.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
- Provide hands-on care and build meaningful connections with residents
- Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership
- Support training and development for colleagues
- Ensure high standards of care aligned with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy
Requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (
essential) - Are compassionate, professional, and proactive
- Have confidence to lead by example
- Have a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives
