About Us

At Home Instead SUR Group, we’re proud to be part of the UK’s leading provider of home care services for older adults. With a network of 10 offices across Scotland, we are united by a shared mission: to change the face of ageing by delivering personalised, relationship-led care that enables people to live well at home for longer.

We believe that great care starts with great people. That’s why we invest in our teams, nurture talent, and create a culture where everyone feels valued and supported. Whether it’s through innovative training, career development, or simply being there when it matters most, we’re committed to helping our people thrive, so they can help our clients do the same.

About The Role

As a Senior Care Professional in Scottish Borders, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered across both our clients and Care Professionals. This hybrid role combines time in the community providing quality, relationship-led care, with responsibilities in the office supporting our operations and care team development. You will be a role model for excellence, bridging the gap between frontline care and office leadership, ensuring consistency, quality assurance, and responsive support for both clients and Care Pros.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
