As a Senior Care Worker, you won’t just provide care — you’ll be a guiding presence, supporting both residents and staff so everyone can thrive. ✨
🌼 Your Role Will Involve:
- Leading and mentoring our fantastic care staff
- Allocating daily tasks within the care team
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Creating personalised, person‑centred support plans
- Promoting best practice across the home
- Delivering high‑quality care to residents with a range of needs
