We are recruiting experienced and compassionate Senior Carers to support our client in a welcoming care home in Lancaster. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of person-centred care
- Administer and record medication in line with policies and procedures
- Support and supervise care staff during shifts
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Liaise effectively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Senior Carer or experienced Care Assistant
- Medication administration experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential)
