Join Our Team as a Senior Carer

At HP Home Care, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Carer to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact and providing high-quality care to the elderly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care and support to elderly clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health and well-being to appropriate parties.
  • Work independently to manage and prioritize tasks while maintaining a high standard of care.

Requirements
