About the Role
As a Bank Residential Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll provide person-centred care and support to residents by addressing their diverse needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of care staff by delegating duties, conducting training, and undertaking supervisions on shifts
- Assisting with administering and ordering medication
- Reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments

About You
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Prior experience in a residential care setting
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
- Ability to make informed, resident-focused decisions
- High levels of warmth, compassion, and dedication to personalised care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
This bank role requires flexibility to cover shifts across various hours and days, including annual leave and sickness cover.
