Senior Casino Executive
MrQ - Frontline Casino Operations Manager
About the Role
MrQ is an award-winning online casino launched in 2018, driven by technological expertise, outstanding performance, and above all, a focus on delivering fun. Known for explosive growth over the years, we’re expanding our team to welcome more talented individuals to join our mission towards global success.
This Frontline Casino Operations Manager position sits directly below the Senior Casino Manager, deputising across the casino function. The role encompasses day-to-day management of operations, including:
- Content maintenance for a portfolio of 35+ game providers (Tier B–C)
- Ensuring live content remains compliant and commercially optimised
- Acting as the internal content and commercial expert for the team
Responsibilities
Core Casino Operations
- Own the end-to-end casino game release roadmap, from planning and testing to launch.
- Manage game content, merchandising, and lobby optimisation to enhance player engagement and revenue.
- Lead daily casino operations, resolving issues while continuously enhancing processes for efficiency.
Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination
- Build and manage relationships with 35+ game providers, negotiating promotions and securing new content.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns and materialise content initiatives.

- Harness AI-driven insights and performance analytics to refine portfolio strategies.
- Use commercial data to identify growth opportunities and support revenue goals.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure full adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Deputise for the Senior Casino Manager as required.
Key Requirements
Essential Experience
- 2+ years in an online casino context, specifically within content, operations, or commercial roles—with direct UK online casino experience.
- Demonstrated ability to own and manage end-to-end casino operations, including:
- Content and lobby management
- Game release processes
- Issue resolution and problem-solving
- Supplier performance monitoring and relationship-building
Technical & Commercial Skills
- Fluency with casino back-office systems, lobby tooling, and performance reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets).
- Strong analytical skills to drive revenue, player KPIs, and provider reconciliations.
- Familiarity with AI tools for efficiency, reporting, and commercial decision-making.
