As a Senior Category Insights Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor to FMCG clients, combining strategic consulting with hands-on analytics delivery to drive real commercial outcomes for some of the UK's biggest brands.
How will you make an impact?
- Client relationship management: Own and manage a portfolio of FMCG clients, acting as the senior point of contact and building trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across client accounts
- Strategic insights delivery: Lead the delivery of high-impact answers to complex business questions across promotional activities, category management, range optimisation, marketing effectiveness, market trends, and overall commercial strategy
- Project leadership: Take ownership of delivery, coordinating cross-functionally and setting the standard for quality and pace
- Commercial growth: Deeply understand client objectives, proactively identify opportunities for Quantium to create value, and take accountability for your portfolio's commercial targets and revenue growth
- Culture building: Contribute to a high-performing, dynamic culture through creative ideas, collaborative attitude, and desire to make meaningful impact

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team
- Retail / Consumer expertise: 5+ years' experience working with retail, consumer, or FMCG businesses, with a strong track record of delivering analytical solutions that drive commercial outcomes
- Analytical mindset: You're confident working with complex shopper and category data, translating it into clear, compelling insights and recommendations that influence senior decision-making
- Senior relationship builder: You excel at building and sustaining senior stakeholder relationships — with polished presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in ways that land at all levels
- Commercial problem-solver: You bring strategic thinking to fast-paced environments, capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and commercial focus
