A senior category leadership role with genuine influence. This is an opportunity to shape product strategy across a sizeable consumer portfolio, lead a talented team and have a direct impact on commercial performance.
You'll own the full product and range agenda, from insight and range architecture through to pricing, profitability and launch. The role offers plenty of variety, combining strategic thinking with hands-on commercial decision-making, while giving you the platform to influence senior stakeholders across creative, commercial and supply functions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Defining and delivering product and range strategies across a substantial SKU portfolio, ensuring strong commercial performance and customer relevance.
- Leading product development from concept through launch, working closely with creative, commercial, procurement and supply teams.
- Owning range architecture, pricing strategy, profitability and lifecycle management to maximise sales and margin opportunities.
- Managing and developing a team of Product & Range professionals while driving better processes and ways of working.

What You'll Need to Bring
- Significant product development and range management experience within FMCG or a fast-paced consumer products environment.
- A track record of building commercially successful product ranges and delivering against clear financial targets.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent commercial judgement, analytical skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external customers.
