Senior Category Manager – Brigg/Hybrid – £55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be working with a well-established business in Brigg that is looking to expand its team and recruit a Senior Category Manager. This role will suit someone with high-level category management experience who can lead a small team.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (full time) with a 1:30pm finish every Friday
Senior Category Manager Key Responsibilities
- Optimise purchasing power across the supply chain, negotiating favourable terms with suppliers to secure sustained cost efficiencies
- Maintain a flexible, resilient supply base capable of responding to changing business demands without compromising on quality or service
- Provide clear market insights and lead the team in delivering strategic category management aligned to wider business objectives
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business to drive process efficiency and embed procurement solutions that support the lowest sustainable cost base
- Demonstrate confidence, proactivity, and strong influencing skills, balancing commercial priorities with operational needs to deliver value across the organisation

- Previous experience within a similar role
- Proven experience leading a team
- Strong communicator with confidence in negotiations and stakeholder management
- Analytical, detail-focused and proactive in approach
