Description

We're electrifying our global Customer Fulfillment network and we need a strategic leader to make it happen. As Senior Category Manager for EV Infrastructure, you'll shape how Amazon sources, builds, and scales charging solutions worldwide.

You'll own and execute category sourcing strategies across a global portfolio, partnering with cross functional teams and top-tier suppliers to drive meaningful savings and productivity improvements at scale. It's your chance to accelerate Amazon's Climate Pledge and help build the infrastructure behind one of the largest EV fleets on the planet.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead category sourcing strategies and execute contracts that strengthen Amazon's competitive position
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal total cost of ownership
  • Drive continuous improvement through performance benchmarks and supplier relationship management
  • Serve as the category's market intelligence expert: identify opportunities, mitigate risk
  • Own savings and sustainability targets; report progress against goals
  • Build and maintain category metrics to track performance vs. plan; escalate and action gaps
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Sustainability, Finance, and Legal to align sourcing strategies with business needs
  • Drive value engineering initiatives with suppliers to optimize specifications, reduce cost, and improve long-term performance
  • Manage category strategies across multiple regions, ensuring global consistency and local compliance

  • Partner with program teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of installation projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
