This global brand design and experience agency is looking to grow its CGI capability in London in order to support its global team working on tier-1 tech clients and beyond an around-the-clock basis.
The Role
You'll take on those final details for high-end product CGI for consumer and electronics clients whose standards sit, in the words of the Group Creative Director, two levels above brands most studios consider demanding.
Client-supplied files arrive roughly 80% complete. Your job is to close the last 20% - validating, breaking them apart, and pushing every metallic, fabric and hard-surface render to a finish most studios never reach. You'll manage the full pipeline through to compositing in Nuke, and scaling working files ready for final delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll sit in the existing London CGI team, reporting to a CGI Art Director, and working closely with retouchers and producers to keep briefs on track. This is hands-on craft, not concept origination, where it’s the attention to detail that matters.
