Senior Change Management Consultant
£65,000 - £70,000 + Benefits | London | Hybrid Working
We're partnering with a growing Change & Transformation consultancy that's built a strong reputation for delivering high-impact transformation programmes across a diverse client portfolio.
With several exciting programmes set to launch, they're looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior client stakeholders, lead critical change initiatives, mentor junior consultants, and play a key role in the continued growth of a dynamic consultancy.
About the Role
As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you'll take ownership of end-to-end change workstreams across complex transformation programmes.

You'll be responsible for:
- Shaping and delivering change strategies
- Driving stakeholder engagement
- Supporting adoption
- Providing trusted advice to clients navigating organisational change
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering change and transformation programmes within a management consultancy, change consultancy, or transformation advisory environment.
- Strong knowledge of recognised change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience leading change workstreams across business, digital, technology, or operating model transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and engage senior leaders.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong consulting capabilities, including problem solving, client relationship management, and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent client engagements.
- A collaborative approach with experience mentoring and supporting colleagues.

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
