Job Title: Senior Channel Executive

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + up to 15% + bens
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Chancery Lane (EC4Y 0HA) - hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Role Overview

Are you passionate about turning data into strategy and creativity into measurable results? We’re looking for a Senior Channel Executive to join our high-performing Performance Marketing team to drive innovative, insight-led campaigns that deliver real commercial impact.

This is a role where you’ll see the direct results of your work. You’ll take ownership of social media campaigns across major platforms, shaping how we reach and convert high-intent audiences at scale. From optimising campaigns to testing new ideas, you’ll play a pivotal role in continuously improving performance and ROI.

Minimum Criteria

  • Deep understanding of Paid Social Channels
  • Demonstratable experience in a digital marketing role with specific focus on Paid Social Media
  • Experience managing agencies or if from an agency background, media planning
  • Highly analytical and data driven with proven skills in analysis and reporting
  • Good understanding of measurement and attribution models
