Role Description: Senior Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Bournemouth Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building surveys, defect analyses, and inspections
- Prepare technical specifications and administer contracts
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Produce technical reports and project documentation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide mentorship to junior team members
- Support business development activities as needed
