Senior Chef de Partie
Part-time opportunity! Are you an ambitious Chef de Partie looking to take a step up? Do you have experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to provide quality food that delights our guests.
Requirements
- Well organised, adaptable, with a genuine passion for what they do
- Take pride in, and responsibility for, delivering a consistent, high quality food offering
- Combine great product knowledge with a practical understanding of daily operations in a busy kitchen

- Work as a team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met
- Utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests
