The team works hard to develop chefs at every level, and this is an exciting time to be part of new culinary offerings at the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure correct preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standards in conjunction with the section head
- Manage multiple sections in training to progress candidates to Jr Sous level
- Maintain efficient and smooth service through forward planning
- Assist in the training of kitchen apprentices and trainees
- Ensure good working relationships with colleagues and other departments
- Report all breakages and accidents to the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
- Complete any reasonable task as requested by management
