About Brett

Brett is a relaxed, urban neighbourhood restaurant in Kelvinbridge centred around cooking over fire from our open kitchen. The counter-style kitchen sits at the heart of the restaurant, giving guests a front-row seat to the craft, while additional window and mezzanine seating offer a range of dining experiences.

Our wine list is modern and eclectic, showcasing exciting producers from across the globe, and is complemented by amazing cocktails and artisanal soft drinks.

We are expanding our friendly, hardworking team and are looking for passionate industry professionals who strive for excellence every day.

The Role

We are currently recruiting a Senior CDP to support our Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional food and leading our kitchen team.

As Senior CDP, you will:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead the team in delivering consistently outstanding dishes
  • Train, motivate and support the team while upholding high standards
  • Ensure compliance in areas such as food safety, health & safety, and risk assessments
  • Build positive relationships across the entire team, inspiring them to create memorable experiences for guests

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
