Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie
Location: Ashridge House, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 1NS
Reports to: Head Chef
Shifts: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, shift times vary
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team. At Ashridge House we cater to a wide range of dining experiences from banqueting to barbequing. We pride ourselves on using local, seasonal and sustainable produce whilst working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role will suit a self-motivated chef who has experience in banqueting in a high-volume kitchen.
Responsibilities Include
- Produce high quality food to recipe requirements
- Quality control of each dish in both execution and presentation
- Contribute ideas for new menus
- Maintain high levels of hygiene within the Kitchen
- Clearly communicate with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service delivery

Candidate Profile
- Banqueting experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Experience of working in a fast-paced kitchen
- High level of hygiene and cleanliness
- Must be able to commute to Ashridge House
