What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting a team of Residential Support Workers to deliver high-quality care
- Building positive relationships with children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development
- Contributing to the development of the home's culture, routines, and environment from day one
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of personalised care plans
- Promoting a team approach and maintaining a calm, nurturing atmosphere

Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in social care or childcare (e.g. Level 3 or equivalent)
- Valid driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in a supervisory or senior role within children's services

Salary: £31,068 - £32,639 plus sleep ins
