Senior Civil Enforcement Officer

You will probably know us best as the friendly faces you see around your local neighbourhoods and high streets keeping your streets safe and accessible - and we are looking for a Senior Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team
About the Role
Within this role you will be not only be performing the valuable duties carried out by a Civil Enforcement Officer - patrolling public car parks and streets, advising and dealing with enquiries from members of the public, and issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles - you will also provide support to the team onsite, as well as inducting and training new starters to the team.

In this Senior Civil Enforcement Officer role, you will be the eyes and ears of the local community while supporting your team to continue the essential work that is carried out by Civil Enforcement Officers within the community.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent Communication Skills
- To be self-motivated and customer-focused
- A love of working outdoors
- Ability to work shifts
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office
