Senior Highways Design Engineer

Based in London this innovative consultancy works with a wide variety of clients across the UK, in both the public and private sectors, delivering civil and environmental engineering projects to meet the growing demands of our changing world. With a keen interest in projects helping to support the shift to active travel and sustainable design, their team is passionate about making a real difference in transforming infrastructure to provide environments that people can enjoy and thrive in.
Your new role
With a robust pipeline of interesting civil engineering and public realm design projects, the Senior Highways Design Engineer will join the Highways team. You will also be tasked with managing multiple projects and leading delivery teams on schemes including town centre redevelopments, new cycle ways, civic squares, junction improvements to name a few.

About you
As a Senior Highways Design Engineer you would ideally have a couple of years of London-centric experience under their belt. They will bring energy and enthusiasm to the team and have keen client and stakeholder liaison skills. It would be great if you can tick off most of the below:
- Strong CAD skills (Civil 3D desirable)
- Strong Highways Design Background
- Proven ability to deliver to time and budget.
- Familiar with NEC form of contract and Document Control and Common Data Environment (CDE) software.
