Senior Claims Adjuster
Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is recruiting for a permanent Senior Claims Adjuster to join our Claims team, managing a portfolio of Special Risk claims and supporting the delivery of the TMK Claims Business Plan.
Reporting to the Claims Manager – Enterprise Risk & Special Risk, you will handle complex claims, build strong client relationships, and work closely with Underwriting teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse portfolio of claims, including complex and high-value matters across Special Risk, Cyber and other lines of business.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Partnering with Underwriting teams on claims and policy wording issues.
- Delivering a first-class claims service and fair customer outcomes.
- Supporting business objectives through effective claims management and decision-making.
- Maintaining compliance with conduct, delegated authority and financial crime requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience handling Political Risk, Trade Credit and Political Violence claims within the Lloyd’s market.
- Strong knowledge of the London Market and claims best practice.
- Interest in developing expertise across Cyber, Intellectual Property and Product Recall claims.
- Strong analytical skills and sound commercial judgement.
- A collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ECF.
