Senior Clerk Of Works - Site Inspection & Quality Management (Nottingham)
East Midlands | £55,000 - £65,000 | Home-based
Hunter Dunning is working with a growing construction consultancy within the Site Inspection & Quality Management sector to recruit a Senior Clerk Of Works. This home-based role covers Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, and South Yorkshire, leading a team of four Clerk of Works professionals while delivering construction quality inspections and client management across a varied project portfolio.

Your Experience
- Extensive experience in construction quality inspection or site management
- Previous line management experience developing team members
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, trades, and industry regulations
- Experience identifying construction defects, snagging issues, and quality concerns
- Ability to manage multiple projects across healthcare, residential, industrial, manufacturing, conservation, and commercial sectors
- ICWCI membership desirable or willingness to work towards accreditation
- Mechanical and electrical Clerk of Works experience advantageous
