About the role
The Senior Client Director is a senior leadership role focused on directing and delivering major, complex brand projects independently.
The core focus of your role is centred on three key dimensions:

Strategic Client Partnership Acting as a trusted advisor and champion high creative standards.

Commercial Growth Accountable management of client portfolios and new business conversion.

Inspirational Team Leadership Mentoring a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional work efficiently.

About you
Ideally you will have experience working in a Brand / Design Agency or Consultancy and have partnered with International Clients in the Drinks Sector.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Senior Client Gravitas: Exceptional communication, listening, and negotiation skills, with the credibility to advise and influence senior-level client stakeholders.
- Strategic Brand & Creative Expertise: A strong passion for branding with the intelligence and imagination to solve complex brand challenges across B2B and B2C.
- Portfolio & Commercial Accountability: Proven ability to manage client budgets, deliver against profitability targets, and lead accurate weekly financial forecasting.
- Organic Growth & Opportunity Identification: Proactive mindset for identifying, nurturing, and converting new workstreams and business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Inspirational Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to guide, inspire, and develop a client services team, creating an environment where team members can flourish.
- Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: A collaborative partner who works seamlessly with strategy, creative, studio, and production teams to champion high creative standards.
- Complex Project Direction: Highly skilled in overseeing and driving large-scale, global branding projects with momentum, efficiency, and a hands-on approach when required.
- Sound Business Judgment: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder expectations effectively.
