Senior Client Advisor - 125

Harvey Nichols is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join our brand-new concept store, 125, located on the ground floor within our iconic Knightsbridge store. This is your opportunity to represent an inspiring mix of world-class designers across jewellery, furniture, lifestyle, and home décor - all showcased in a bright, beautiful open space that celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation. About the Role As the new Client Advisor for 125, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in bringing this exciting new concept to life. You will: Guide clients through our carefully curated collections, sharing your knowledge and passion for contemporary design, luxury craftsmanship, and distinctive style. Build and maintain meaningful, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. Stay ahead of emerging trends across jewellery, lifestyle, and home design. Champion the visual presentation of the 125 space, ensuring it always reflects our refined, modern aesthetic. Demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to excellence - our clients expect outstanding service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends. Is This You?
