The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to manage and grow one or more strategic client relationships within our UK business.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for developing executive-level client relationships, driving account growth, overseeing delivery excellence, and identifying opportunities to expand the value we bring to our customers.

The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and will play a key role in shaping long-term client strategies, leading complex technology discussions, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

Executive Client Leadership

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across technology, operations, business, and transformation functions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, aligning client priorities with Coforge capabilities and solutions.
  • Develop long-term account plans that support client objectives and business growth.

Strategic Account Growth

  • Identify and develop opportunities across digital transformation, application services, cloud, data, AI, automation, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Expand existing engagements while uncovering new areas for collaboration.
  • Drive value-based conversations that support sustainable growth and client success.

Commercial Leadership

  • Own account strategy, revenue growth, forecasting, profitability, and investment planning.
  • Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and renewal activities.
  • Ensure effective governance and risk management across client engagements.

Delivery Oversight

  • Provide executive oversight across programmes and services to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Establish effective governance structures including executive reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Deal Pursuit & Solution Shaping

  • Lead strategic opportunities and large-scale pursuits.
  • Work closely with sales, consulting, delivery, and solution teams to shape compelling client propositions.
  • Support solution development, commercial positioning, and executive presentations.

Transformation & Innovation

  • Partner with clients to develop technology roadmaps and business transformation initiatives.
  • Bring thought leadership across emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Position Coforge as a long-term strategic partner supporting innovation and growth.

Leadership

  • Lead virtual account teams across sales, delivery, consulting, and specialist functions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and client-centricity.
  • Mentor and support colleagues across the wider business.

We welcome applications from individuals with experience managing large enterprise accounts within IT services, technology consulting, digital transformation, or managed services environments. Candidates may come from a variety of sectors including:

You will likely have:

  • Proven success growing strategic enterprise accounts with revenue and commercial responsibility. Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and engaging at executive level.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and technology services.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within global delivery environments.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • A track record of identifying and converting growth opportunities within existing clients.
