Reddit is hiring a Senior Client Partner to join our Large Customer Sales team, based in London. This role is responsible for building and nurturing key partnerships with brands and agencies while driving year-over-year revenue growth through Reddit’s advertising suite.
About the Role
You’ll act as a trusted strategic advisor, shaping Reddit’s advertising roadmap and ensuring partners—agencies and enterprises alike—achieve their business goals while deepening long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management & Revenue Growth
- Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners (agencies and direct clients) to drive year-over-year revenue growth
- Construct upfront & joint business plans with top clients
- Identify and warm new client opportunities, educating them on Reddit’s platform and native advertising capabilities

Client Strategy & Consultation
- Lead data-driven pitches & business strategies by leveraging internal and external market insights
- Provide thought leadership and strategic advice to clients, helping them refine their Reddit advertising approach
- Collaborate with Account Management & Ad Operations to exceed marketing objectives

Ownership & Ownership Accountability
- Own every stage of client interactions, from meeting agendas to final presentations, ensuring seamless execution and clear next steps
- Set client expectations proactively, fostering high trust and confidence in Reddit as a partnership
- Communicate major platform updates, releases, and opportunities directly to clients

Product & Cross-Functional Influence
- Aggregate and share client feedback to shape Reddit’s ads product roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on business goals by unifying client strategies across accounts
- Mentor and train junior team members using your expertise
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of digital media sales experience, with 3–7 years in a dedicated sales role
- Direct experience partnering with enterprise-level clients (preferably at C-level)
- Hands-on experience in social media advertising, native ads, and performance measurement
- Strong agency-direct relationship management capabilities
- Track record of achieving top-tier revenue targets and managing complex account strategies
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent work experience)
- Subject matter expertise in digital marketing, ads tech, and demographic targeting
