Job Description
The Growth discipline is dedicated to driving business growth, managing partnerships, and providing industry subject matter expertise and advisory—particularly deep insights into the iGaming ecosystem—to both clients and internal teams. This consultative team creates meaningful relationships with clients by leveraging their combined knowledge of IT services and sector-specific trends, regulations, and technological innovation. Membership spans business development staff, client partners, alliances and partnerships managers, industry advisors, and operational leads.
The Client Partner role at Endava – iGaming is a senior leader within the Growth organisation, responsible for overseeing the client and delivery relationship. The Client Partner ensures alignment on goals, expectations, and deliverables, while managing and growing key client relationships—particularly in the iGaming, sports betting, and online entertainment sectors. This role is focused on driving significant revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships through exceptional service delivery, continuous improvement, strategic foresight, and industry foresight.
Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
- Drive business growth by implementing strategic plans that strengthen long-term client partnerships and revenue expansion in the iGaming sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve 20%+ (or agreed target) revenue growth across the client portfolio.
- Stay updated on emerging iGaming technologies (e.g., real-time data platforms, payment solutions, AI-driven personalization) to pinpoint growth opportunities.
Pipeline and Strategy Management
- Actively manage and develop pipeline within client accounts, aligning with a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Utilise business acumen to identify and capitalise on untapped growth opportunities within clients, particularly across regulated and evolving iGaming markets.

Client Engagement
- Dedicate over 50% of time to cultivating new business and client relationships, participating in promotional events like industry conferences (e.g., ICE, SBC, SiGMA).
- Build a personal brand and nurture relationships with senior stakeholder networks (C-level across business, technology, sales, and marketing) in iGaming and sports betting.
Financial Management
- Hold accountability for revenue and profit forecasting and execution.
- Own profit & loss (P&L), ensuring adherence to financial targets (budgets, order book, revenue, margins, and further metrics).
- Ensure all financial activities comply with iGaming regulations and responsible gaming standards.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Ensure robust account growth planning (leveraging the Client Growth Model [CGM]) by aligning with client needs—including strategies for large-scale renewals.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in solutions, commercial strategies, and portfolio positioning, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and compliance-driven digital transformation.
- Focus on building expertise and credibility to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain compliance with governance, business rules, and iGaming regulatory frameworks.
- Foster a high-performance culture and ensure continuous team improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Essential: Industry experience in iGaming or online betting, with depth in understanding player lifecycle, responsible gaming, compliance, and digital transformation.
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategies that drive client growth and business expansion.
- Extensive experience managing account P&L and consistently reaching financial targets.
- Strong ability to collaborate and influence across hierarchical levels within an organisation.
- Experience in cross-border, regulated environments, including familiarity with licensing, payments, and data integrity considerations.
- Deep expertise in client relationship management and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with proven ability to engage senior stakeholders (C-level).
- Strong business acumen to identify and capitalise on revenue growth opportunities in rapidly evolving iGaming markets.
- Commitment to self-development and staying current on iGaming innovations, technologies, and legislative changes.
