We consult and partner with financial institutions, retail and consumer goods, health and sciences, and public sector enterprises—helping them create digital platforms and intelligent solutions that drive innovation. Join us to shape dynamic digital experiences with real-world impact.
About the Role
The Growth discipline drives business growth, manages high-value partnerships, and provides cutting-edge iGaming sector expertise. Our strategic team helps deliver transformative, profitable results through client advisory services, with deep knowledge of market trends, regulations, and technological disruption.
The Client Partner (iGaming) will serve as a senior leader within the Growth organisation, owning strategic relationships with key iGaming, sports betting, and online casino clients. - Identify and leverage emerging technologies in iGaming (including real-time analytics platforms, blockchain payment solutions, AI-driven personalisation, and regulatory technology stack developments).
Pipeline and Strategy Development
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to cultivate high-value in-market opportunities while maintaining alignment with a rigorous go-to-market strategy.
- Apply sector expertise to identify untapped revenue streams, especially in regulated and emerging iGaming markets (e.g., APAC, LatAm, geographically expanding jurisdictions).
Client Engagement & Partnership
- Dedicate over 50% of your time to client relationship building—creating value through executive-level engagement, events, and strategic co-creation.
- Frequently engage in industry expos (ICE, SBC, SiGMA) while fostering lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders across tech, sales, marketing, and compliance in sports betting and online entertainment.
- Build and manage personal reputation as a thought leader in high-growth digital regulation and responsible gaming compliance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
