Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to apply their skills within a flexible, remote setting. This role may suit experienced professionals seeking an established structure with access to training resources and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Building professional client engagement through structured conversations
- Conducting structured follow-up conversations with prospective clients
- Managing your schedule, appointments, and incoming enquiries
- Learning and applying digital communication and marketing strategies (training provided)
- Applying and further developing strong communication and professional capabilities through online learning resources
