Ascot Racecourse is seeking an experienced Senior Client Relations Manager to lead the management, growth, and strategic development of our prestigious Annual Boxholder portfolio.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of one of Ascot's most valued client groups, combining premium account management, commercial leadership, and operational excellence within one of the world's most iconic sporting venues.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Memberships, you will lead the year-round client experience for our Annual Boxholders, ensuring exceptional service, seamless operational delivery, and strong commercial performance.
You will act as the senior relationship lead for high-value clients, driving retention, renewals, and revenue growth, while also conducting a strategic review of the current proposition to identify innovative ways to enhance value and strengthen our market position.

Working closely with colleagues across Catering (1711 by Ascot), Operations, Marketing, Facilities, and Finance, you'll champion a first-class client journey at every touchpoint, helping to deliver unforgettable race day experiences and outstanding year-round engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the client management strategy for Annual Boxholders, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Drive revenue through retention, renewals, upselling, and new business development.
- Manage and develop a proactive sales pipeline, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the operational delivery of the Annual Boxholder portfolio, ensuring excellence in service and stakeholder coordination.
- Analyse client feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to develop recommendations that strengthen the proposition.
- Establish and report on key performance measures relating to client experience, operational efficiency, retention, and sales performance.
- Provide line management and leadership to the Annual Boxes Manager.

About You
We're looking for a relationship-focused commercial professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to client service.
You will bring:
- Proven experience managing high-value client relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering revenue targets
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience improving processes and operational efficiencies
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- CRM and data reporting experience
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Experience within sport, entertainment, hospitality, premium events, or luxury service environments would be desirable.
