Senior Client Relationship Manager
London | Leading International Law Firm
I'm working with a leading international law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join its high-performing Client Development team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced client development professional to take ownership of a portfolio of the firm's most strategic clients, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver a best-in-class client experience.
Working closely with partners and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, you'll act as a trusted advisor, shaping client strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and embedding a truly client-centric approach across the business.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing a portfolio of the firm's highest-profile strategic clients.
- Developing and delivering client growth strategies alongside senior partners.
- Driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new opportunities.
- Leading strategic bids, panel appointments, and major client pursuits.
- Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers.
- Analysing client performance to identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities.
- Leading client feedback programs and turning insights into tangible actions.
- Collaborating across practice groups, sectors, and international offices to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Championing a client-centric culture and sharing best practice across the business.

What They're Looking For
- Experience in Client Development, Client Relationship Management, or Senior Business Development within legal or professional services.
- A proven track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships and influencing at partner level.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and drive revenue opportunities.
- Experience leading strategic client initiatives, bids, or account programs.
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
- The confidence to operate within a global, matrix environment and build credibility across international teams.
