Senior Client Account Manager (Managed IT Services) Location: Battersea, London (Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in office) Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + Bonus Benefits: Private Medical Insurance and comprehensive benefits package Reports to: Head of Client Services
Build strategic client relationships. Drive commercial growth. Shape resilience strategies. You've built a successful career managing and growing enterprise client relationships within managed IT services, cloud, cyber security or related technology services. You know how to engage senior stakeholders, uncover business challenges, develop commercial opportunities and build long-term partnerships that create value for both the customer and the provider. At Databarracks, our most successful Client Services account managers combine strategic relationship management with strong commercial instincts. They understand how to navigate complex organisations, identify opportunities for growth and help clients strengthen the resilience of their critical systems through a portfolio of managed services.
This role will appeal to someone who enjoys owning a portfolio of enterprise accounts, developing account growth strategies and leading commercial conversations with decision-makers across regulated industries. While strong client relationships are central to success, this is fundamentally a commercial account management role with responsibility for renewals, expansion opportunities, revenue growth and long-term account development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
