Overview
As a Client Solutions & Enablement Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our performance product ecosystem, guiding how we take innovative tech-led solutions to market and embed them seamlessly across the agency and client landscape.
You’ll be the connective force between product, technology, activation teams, and clients — ensuring our proprietary tools and solutions are understood, adopted, and fully leveraged to drive commercial impact.
This is a highly influential role with visibility across the UK and Global Performics network, offering the opportunity to shape the future of performance products and contribute directly to agency-wide growth.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

Drive Organic Growth
- Consult with client teams to uncover opportunities for our performance products
- Apply expert product knowledge to recommend the right solutions for client challenges
- Support pitch responses and help build a robust pipeline of product-led growth
- Evolve best‑in‑class sales collateral and storytelling materials
- Partner with Global PFX teams to shape adoption and share market insights

Ensure Product Success
- Lead onboarding for new product engagements
- Maintain strong feedback loops with activation teams to drive optimisations
- Troubleshoot issues and partner with Tech & Engineering to resolve them
- Stay plugged into the Global OneSuite roadmap and support UK rollout

Champion Training & Enablement
- Deliver onboarding, enablement sessions, and product training
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and playbooks
- Run internal roadshows that excite teams and showcase innovation
- Serve as the go‑to product expert for day‑to‑day support

Contribute to Product Innovation
- Gather feedback, ideas, and insights from across the business
- Support Product Council processes, tracking actions and documenting decisions
- Help shape product development backlogs and prioritisation
- Partner with Tech and CTO teams to continually improve products
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in digital or performance marketing
- Passion for product development and tech‑driven solutions
- Confidence delivering pitches, workshops, or training
- Collaborative, relationship‑driven approach
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills within an agency environment
