Job Description
DXC Technology is looking for an exceptional Client Success Manager to lead one of our most strategic Aerospace & Defence accounts within Consulting & Engineering Services in the UK.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving growth, leading complex transformation, and owning commercial performance. You will take full accountability for the account’s P&L, growth strategy, client engagement, delivery oversight, and long-term success.
This is far more than account management. It is an opportunity to shape a major client relationship, expand DXC’s position across Consulting Engineering, Applications, Digital Engineering, and transformation services, and establish yourself as a trusted strategic partner at the most senior levels of the client organisation.
Why this role stands out
This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, visible, and commercially important leadership role within DXC’s Aerospace & Defence business.
You will be responsible for growing a complex account with real scale and strategic importance, while working with senior client stakeholders on some of their most significant engineering and technology priorities. For the right person, this role offers the chance to influence a major transformation agenda, lead a high-performing team, and play a defining role in one of DXC’s priority growth areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will own the overall success of the account — commercially, strategically, and operationally.
Your Focus Will Include
Leading the account strategy and building a clear, multi-year growth plan Owning full P&L performance, including revenue, margin, forecast accuracy, and contract success Expanding DXC’s presence across Consulting Engineering, Applications modernisation, Digital Engineering, Data, AI, and related services Building strong, trusted relationships with C-suite, engineering, technology, and programme leadership stakeholders Identifying whitespace, shaping new opportunities, and converting pipeline into growth Overseeing major transformation programmes and ensuring strong governance, quality, and commercial discipline Leading and developing a high-performing account team across consulting, delivery, solutioning, and commercial functions Positioning DXC as a long-term strategic transformation partner rather than a delivery supplier

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
